failed by 2mins.
but mr a* asked me do my shuttle run & incline pull up.
if i can meet his target he'll help me.
did incline pull up first.
damn tired lurhs after all those running.
but started doing it.

which is impossible for me.
but after wad i do he say alright.
if my shuttle run 11s den he let me pass.
