just finished watching The Children Of Huang Shi.
it's nice.
& it's based on a true story tht happened in th past.
if im not wrong,
it happened on 1937.
& it's about Japanese conquering parts of China.
th main character was George Hogg.
he was a journalist & entered 南京 to understand what happen thr.
however,
he was almost beheaded by Japanese but 'Jack' saved him.
George headed to 黃石 & met a school of 60 orphans.
he took care of them all those.
when he know tht th chinese soldiers might use th boys as soldiers & take over their school,
he took them on th journey.
they overcome many obstacles & reached Lan Zhou.
th government official helped them & they went to th Desert called 山丹.
when they got thr,
George Hogg got contacted with a disease called 破伤风.
'Li' got one of th boys to get medicine which was very far from th place they were staying.
when he got back,
George Hogg was dead.
based on th film,
it said tht some boys which
George Hogg took care of were still alive.
& they took abt 2-3months to reach 山丹.
by foot.
it's quite a nice film.
& those Japanese were really cruel.
but now,
it's a different story xD
